I’ve always been a baker, but my hobby went up a level in 2020. Locked down, like everyone else I hit to the kitchen, camera in hand and started sharing photos of my baking online.

And that’s how The Nifty Baker was born. From a lonely baker, in a kitchen, in lockdown. As life started to get back to normal, requests for my baked goods started to grow. So with my family’s support I’ve opened this little store online for you.

Here at The Nifty Baker, I specialise in making artician desserts – home baked, with care in my kitchen.  Don’t be fooled just because these treats are made at home, doesn’t mean they’re boring. Our macarons and cakes not only taste amazing, they are also absolutely show stoppers.
