Delivery is available for a fee to select locations in Bayside and Melbourne South East between Friday – Sunday.
Delivery time and day can be selected at checkout for those applicable suburbs.
For seasonal macarons and cakes from our catalogue, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for all orders. We do book up though, so would encourage you to place your order sooner, rather than later.
For custom cakes and larger orders (such as dessert tables) we recommend contacting us asap. Reservations can be arranged up to 6 months in advance. Please contact us via the contact form below to enquire if your date is available
I’m very sorry, but no. All food is baked and prepared in my home in Patterson Lakes which also handles other food. As such all our products my contain traces of Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Nuts, Fish, Soy, Sesame, Lupin & Sulphites and other allergy causing foods.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of, well life! If you need to reschedule your order, please let us know in writing asap.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel an order please be aware of the following refund policies:
- For seasonal macarons a full refund is available if order is cancelled 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery/pickup.
- For custom orders a full refund is available if order in cancelled 7 days or more before scheduled delivery/pick up.
- For custom orders a 50% refund is available if order is cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours before scheduled delivery/pick up
- No refund is given for custom orders cancelled within 72 hours.
